Pesto Sauce
INGREDIENTS
- 2C Basil, fresh
- 1T Shallots, Roughly chopped
- 1C Roasted Almonds
- 3T Lemon juice, Freshly Squeezed
- Sea Salt and Pepper, Freshly ground
- 1C Olive Oil
- Champagne Vinegar
DIRECTIONS
- In a blender, add basil, shallots, almond, lemon juice, salt and pepper
- Pulse to blend
- Add oil and blend more
- Add vinegar and blend, set aside
