Pita Crust Pizza No.75
BLEND No.75 CREATIVE RECIPE
Serves 1 - 4
RECIPE INGREDIENTS
- 1 Pita bread, about 7” round
- 2T HomeiraStyle Savor No.75, Already mixed with olive oil, (see Original Signature Recipe)
- 6 Brie Cheese Slices
- ¼C Monterey Jack Cheese, Shredded
- 10 Heirloom Cherry Tomatoes
- D Sea Salt and Pepper, Freshly Ground
- 1T Olive Oil, More if Needed
- 2T Mint Chiffonade
KITCHEN ESSENTIALS
- Cast Iron Grill Pan
DIRECTION
- Heat oil in grill pan over medium high
- Add tomatoes, salt and pepper
- Toss to grill, remove tomatoes and set aside
- In the same pan, place pita bread and grill for 1 -2 minutes
- Flip pita bread and grill the other side for 30 seconds
- Drizzle with Blend No.75
- Top with cheese slices
- Sprinkle shredded cheese
- Top with tomatoes and grill until cheese melted
- Garnish with the Mint Chiffonade and any other ingredients you may like on your pizza.
