Fruit Kabob
INGREDIENTS
- 5C Watermelon_ Diced
- 5C Cantaloupe _ Diced
- 5C Honeydew_ Diced
- 5C Oranges _ Wedged _Diced
- 5C Apples _ Wedged _ Diced
- 5C Red Grapes
- 3T Lemon Juice_ Freshly Squeezed

- 40 (10”) Stainless Steele Sticks

ASSEMBLY DIRECTIONS
- Chill skewers in your freezer for couple of hours
- Make sure all diced pieces are around the same size around 1”
- Sprinkle lemon juice on apples to avoid oxidation
- Thread the most dense fruit first so it does not slide down the skewer
- First skewer apple
- Next honeydew
- Next cantaloupe
- Next watermelon
- Next orange
- Top with grape to give it a finished looked
DISPLAY DIRECTIONS
Lay skewers down on a plate with fruit end on the middle
Or, fill a deep bowl with decorative glass chips and place skewers upward
