Lemony Herb Pasta

You can always get creative by adding vegetables, meat, poultry and seafood to this simple dish to make it more exotic. For a delicious gluten-free option, I suggest you try Chickpea Pasta, which is higher in protein and lower in carbohydrates!

Serves 4 - 8
RECIPE INGREDIENTS
1pk artSAVOR 80
½C Olive oil, More if needed
1T Ghee¹ or Olive Oil, For cooking pasta
1lb Pasta, Boiled in salted water& Drained
2C Cherry Tomatoes, Halved & Roasted
KITCHEN ESSENTIALS
14” Wok
Glass Jar (Preferably with Screw Lid)
TIPS
For even flavor in every bite mix entire package with oil
Use artSAVOR 80 for a variety of pastas, salads or herbed oil
Add extra salt and pepper to your taste if desired
PREP
Mix entire package of artSAVOR 80 with oil in a mixing bowl, set aside
COOK
Heat ghee or oil in a wok over medium heat
Add pasta and ¼ of the Blend mixture without touching the pasta mixture
Toss pasta well with Blend mixture, sauté for 2 minutes, do not let it burn
Add more of the Blend mixture for stronger flavor, optional
Sauté until pasta is thoroughly coated and heated through
Add tomatoes, toss, sauté for 30 seconds
Serve immediately with your choice of protein or other vegetables
NOTES
Refrigerate excess Blend mixture, if any, in a jar with lid closed for later use
Ghee is Clarified butter
