Mother nature has given us a bounty of wonderful, tasteful, aromatic herbs and spices with which to season our food. There is no need to take a beautiful, colorful and vibrant piece of vegetable and mask the natural deliciousness and sugars with cream, mayonnaise or cheese. My artSAVOR 70 enhances the natural flavors that come from soil, sun and water, while complementing and adding color and flavor to vegetable dishes of all kinds.

RECIPE INGREDIENTS
1pk artSAVOR 70
½C Olive Oil, More if needed
1C Onion, Chopped
2T Ghee¹ or Olive Oil, For sautéing onion
3 Peppers ², Seeded & Julienned
4 Zucchini, Sliced or Spiralized
2C Cherry Tomatoes, Halved & Roasted
KITCHEN ESSENTIALS
14” Wok
Glass Jar (Preferably with Screw Lid)
TIPS
For even flavor in every bite mix entire package with oil
Use artSAVOR 75 for a variety of vegetables, salads, pastas, or herbed oil
Add extra salt and pepper to your taste if desired
PREP
Mix entire package of artSAVOR 70 with oil in a mixing bowl, set aside
COOK
Heat ghee or oil in wok over medium heat
Add onion, sauté for 2 minutes or until golden
Add ¼ of the Blend mixture without touching the onion mixture
Add more of the Blend mixture for stronger flavor, optional
Add peppers, sauté for 2 minutes or until cooked but still crunchy
Add zucchini and tomatoes, toss well, 30 seconds
Remove from heat, serve immediately with your choice of protein, pasta or rice
NOTES
Refrigerate excess Blend mixture, if any, in the same jar with lid closed for later use
Ghee is Clarified butter
Preferably multi-color Bell Peppers
