RECIPE INGREDIENTS
- 3T Blend No.70, Already mixed with Olive oil
- ½C Multi-Color Peppers, Diced
- 1T Olive Oil, For sautéing Peppers
- ½C English Peas
- IT Olive Oil, For Sautéing Peas
- 4C Cooked white Basmati Rice, See Recipe
- 1T Olive Oil or Ghee*, for Pan Sautéing Rice
- ½t Persian Saffron dissolved
in 1T hot water (Optional) - ¼C Mint, Julienned

TIPS
- Rice is a very versatile side and keeps refrigerated well for a week
- Use cooked white Basmati rice in a variety way with different vegetables and protein
- Add extra salt to your taste if desired
COOK
- Heat oil in wok over medium heat and add peppers and Blend No.70
- Sauté for 2-3 minutes or until cooked but still crunchy, transfer to a bowl
- In the same wok, heat oil over medium high and add peas
- Sauté for 2-3 minutes or until cooked but still crunchy, transfer to the bowl with peppers
- In the same wok, heat oil over medium heat, add rice, saffron, peppers and peas and toss to mix
- Sauté for 2-3 minutes, add mint to toss and serve immediately
*Ghee is Clarified butter
