INGREDIENTS

1 Pizza Dough, Store Bought
2T Olive Oil
1T HomeiraStyle artSAVOR 75, Already mixed with olive oil, ( see Original Signature Recipe )
1 Sweet Potato, Sliced, Roasted
1T Olive Oil
¼C Onion, Chopped
2C Spinach, Julienned
D Sea Salt and Pepper, Freshly Ground

1C Monterey Jack Cheese, Shredded
1C Greyer Cheese, Shredded
¼C Goat Cheese, More if needed
¼C Sun Dried Tomatoes, Chopped
¼C Walnuts, Caramelized
2T Olive Oil, For drizzling, Optional
2T Mint Chiffonade
2T Basil, Chiffonade
KITCHEN ESSENTIALS
Medium Size Pan
Pizza Peel
Roller
DIRECTION
Heat Oven to 450˚F
Put dough in a bowl, add oil, cover and let rise for 2-3 hours in warm temperature
Transfer dough onto lightly floured working surface, divide it into 2 equal pieces for thinner crust
Roll out and stretch dough to your desired thinness and shape
Drizzle with oil, sprinkle, Blend No.75, salt and pepper
Bake for 7-9 minutes or until golden. Take out and set aside
Heat oil in pan over medium high
Add onion, sauté until translucent
Add spinach, sauté until tender, add salt and pepper and remove from heat
Spread cheeses over pizza crust
Spread spinach mixture
Arrange potato slices
Place goat cheese in between potato slices
Spread sun dried tomato
Return to oven and bake for about 4-5 minutes, or until cheeses melt,
Transfer to working surface
Spread walnuts
Drizzle with oil, optional
Garnish with mint and basil chiffonade and anything else you think may taste and look good on your pizza such as edible flowers
