These incredibly delicious nachos offer layer upon layer of rich savory flavors in every bite!


Fresh Fried Corn Tortilla • Cheddar Cheese • Greyer Cheese • Goat Cheese • Grilled Corn Sautéed Onion
Black Beans • Roasted Heirloom Tomatoes • Italian Pork Sausage • Beacon• Fresh Oregano
Pickled Jalapeno • Julienned Cilantro • Micro Green • Guacamole • Tomato Salsa

Serves 8

INGREDIENTS

  1. 5 Corn Tortillas – Sliced into 6 wedges - Fried

  2. Sea Salt

  3. 2C Sharp Cheddar Cheese – Shredded

  4. 2C Monterey Jack Cheese – Shredded

  5. 1C Goat Cheese – Crumbled

  6. 3 Ears of Corn – Grilled – Kernels removed

  7. ½ C Onion – Chopped

  8. 1T Olive Oil

  9. 1ca Black Bean – Liquid Drained

  10. 1C Cherry Tomatoes - Roasted

  11. 5 Italian Pork Sausages – Taken out of Casing

  12. 8 Bacon Strips – Roasted – Julienned

  13. 2T Fresh Oregano – Julienned

  14. 1C Pickled Jalapeno – Seeds Removed

  15. 1C Cilantro – Chopped

  16. 1C Micro Greens

  17. 2T Olive Oil

  18. Edible Flowers – Optional

  19. Guacamole – Separate Recipe or Store bought

  20. Tomato Salsa – Separate Recipe or Store bought


DIRECTIONS

  1. In a medium pan, sauté onion in oil – 3 minutes

  2. Add black beans and sauté for 2 minutes – Set aside

  3. In a medium pan, sauté sausage – breaking into small pieces

Assembly

  1. Preheat oven to 400 F

  2. In an 13” round flat skillet – arrange one layer of tortilla chips

  3. Top with cheddar cheese and Monterey cheese

  4. Top with some of the oregano

  5. Top with some of the beans and corn

  6. Top with some of the sausage and bacon

  7. Arrange another layer of chips and repeat the same

  8. Place the skillet in the oven – 5 minutes, or until cheese melted

  9. Add goat cheese, jalapeno, cilantro and micro green

  10. Drizzle with olive oil and edible flowers

  11. Serve in the same container
