Grilled Cauliflower Steak
BLEND No.40 CREATIVE RECIPE
Serves 6 – 8
RECIPE INGREDIENTS
- 1pk Blend No.40
- ¾C Light Olive Oil
- 2 Heads of Cauliflowers, Cut into 1¼” Steaks
- 2C Persian Strained Yogurt
- ½C Sour Cream
- 3T Blend No.75 mixture from refrigerator ( See Signature Recipe )
- 1T Lemon Zest
- 1T Lemon Juice_ Freshly Squeezed
- D Sea Salt and Freshly Ground Pepper _ to taste
- 1C Pomegranate Seeds
- 1C Mint Leaves Tips

- Large Grill or Sauté Pan
TIPS
For even flavor in every bite, mix entire Blend package at once
PREP
- Mix entire package of Blend No.40 with oil in a mixing bowl, set aside for the flavors to infuse
- Place cauliflower steaks on a baking tray
- Pour some of the Blend mixture over cauliflower steaks without touching them
- Spread out the Blend mixture evenly over the surface of cauliflower steaks with your hands
- Cover and refrigerate for 15 minutes only.
- Mix yogurt, sour cream, Blend mixture No.75, lemon zest and juice, salt and pepper, set aside
DIRECTIONS
- Heat oil in sauté pan over medium high heat
- Add steaks and sauté about 5 -10 minutes or until slightly browned, do not over crowd
- Pour some of the yogurt mixture on plate
- Position a steak upright
- Top yogurt mixture with pomegranate seeds and mint
- Serve with rice or legumes
